Caffiene pills

Ugh, so I took some caffiene pills looking for a little pick-me-up, well I feel like my heart is beating out of my chest and it's making me nervous. Never again. Is there any way to make it stop?

That's a pretty normal response, as irritating as it can be.

All you can do is try to stay calm and let it pass...it should start to settle in about half an hour or so.

I've never had that myself, being immune to caffeine and all.

Water helps flush some of the caffeine out of your system...

since caffeine dehydrates you, make sure you're hydrated and you're symptoms should lesson somewhat (just don't go overboard with the water), but unfortunately you'll have to wait most of it out.
