Buying in bulk?

I have heard recently that people are able to buy in bulk from somewhere and then sell it on on places like ebay ect..
Is this a good idea? and where can you buy from bulk?

Yes the basic Idea works. But the trick is to find something that will resale on something like ebay, and make you a profit. You don't want to sit on $1000 of an item in your basement b/c it wont sell, or end up selling it at a lower price and take a hit on it. Its basic just another investment you can make, similar to the stock market. Buy low, sell high. Its not just as easy as waltzing down to the local Cosco, and buy a pallet of random stuff and plopping it on ebay. You would want to put a lot of research into it to make sure its something you that WILL sell, and at a profit. Also, usually to get a 'bulk discount' we are talk a lot of stuff.
