Ok, Best way is to get some biological washing powder and put some in with some warm water (not too hot!)... the enzymes in it help break down the burnt on food. Leave it to soak for a few hours and then get back to scrubbing it - it should be much easier.
what is biological washing powder never heard of it before
put som washing power in it an boil it for 2o mins then wash it with washing liquid it works best of luck
Try clorox for about an hour, then try scrubbing again. Do it with the kitchen well ventilated (the windows open), and leave the room while the bleach does its job.
SOS pads scrub with those hope it works
XOXO

Salt and water. bring to a boil. let cool and should scrub right out.
Baking soda will work too.
Add water and baking soda, and heat on the stove - not to a boil, but just enough
to keep it hot. After 20 minutes of so, the stuck residue should come free with a scrunge, or scouring pad.
(If the pan is non-stick...use a green scrubbie (scrunge) only...the scouring pad will scratch the 'Teflon' or 'Silverstone' material and ruin the vessel.)
