What are these bumps on my penis?

Hi im 13 and I've had bumps on my penis for a bout a yr. They are like skinnish color kinda white but thère are many of the mainly around the base of my penis but also up the shaft and on the testicles. I have not had sex so it cant b a std so what...

could it be. And also they dont bother me at all

I'm not really sure what they could be but what ever advice you get on here doesnt matter because you really should go t oyour doctor , its probably nothing but get it checked out just to be on the safe side, I know you probably won't want to tel lyour mom about it oso tell your dad, he can tell you mom when your not there and you don't have to talk to her about it.

I dont think jacob is correct. My boyfriend doesn't have any around his penis. You may want to consult a doctor, erin would be correct in talking to yuor dad. It may not be anything but it's better to be safe than sorry.
