What are these bumps on my penis?

I got these reddish whitish bumps on my penis. If i squeeze them they turn white but they dont burst. They been there for a while now. Its like their in rows almost lined up. What are they?

Go see a doctor...but they are probably fat tissue and are not a worry. They appear as little white lumps that are very small and can be found anywhere on the penis. This is common but does require a doctors input.

it might be left over skin or little bumbs from a circumsicion
