Bumps on forehead

I have these bumps on my forhead.and I want to get rid of them befor school starts.helppp!!! I can't have my boyfrieng see me like this.but he really would'nt care be people have picked on me last year about so I really don't it to happen again.

Is it like acne? Well if you arn't sure what it is, you can see a dermotoligist, and get some medication prescribed, but for now wash your face every morning and night with an acne cleanser or blackhead removal face wash from Nutrogena, Biore, Clean&Clear etc.
