Bump under left armpit

I have a bump under my left armpit that is making my whole upper left side of my body sore and it's very painful to lay on that side and at first a couple of weeks ago I had a fever and a sore body including this. But all that wentaway andd now I have...

this bump.. What could it be?? Cancer? I hope not PLEASE HELP I'M DYING OF PAIN!!!

I would go to the hospital because it could be a boil, in which case you need to have it drained. More than likely however it's not cancerous, probably infection induced. At any rate the answer you need, and I highly suggest you take it, is HOSPITAL.
