I know I don't have std's cause I never had sex and never kissed anybody yet.

Hard to say but if it doesn't hurt and isn't growing then it will probably just go away by itself. If not, see a doc.

If it hurts effects the whole peice, that it could be cancer. Talk to a doctor.
It might b weird tellin a parent butt if it gets worse you fnd out you have to get it cut off than your screwed.
