Small painless bump on the lower right side of my vagina

I have this small painless bump on the lower right side of my vagina. I do not know what it is. It decreases in size when I squeeze it but white stuff comes out. What could it be. It is almost gone but I am still worried.

Sounds like an in-grown hair. Try putting a wram damp washcloth on it, 20 minutes at a time. The warm moisture will help to bring it out. No need to worry.
