Would you say this is bullying?

My friend is not big but not fat but she is not skinny some people think it is funny to be horrible to her, I dont find it funny, The girl also hits her sometimes my friend then tells her to stop it but she dosent stop she keeps carries on and thinks it...

is funny I dont think its funny, But we are all friends. Would You say this is bullying or ...something else?

This is definitely bullying, and it's not funny. I'm not clear on whether you consider this bully your friend, but she probably isn't if she's acting this way.

Hey, if the girls hitting your friend then your friend can get her in trouble for harassment. Theres two forms of harassment, verbal and physical, and these girls are doing both to your friend and you should help her do something about it. I'm assuming your in school so tell someone, a teacher, counselor, principle, even a parent so they can deal with it properly. If you want to take it to the bully, make sure your friend is looking the girl right in the eye and has a serious, commanding tone when she says to stop and if the girl doesn't you should really tell someone that day.
