Bully?

So I got suspended because I got into a fight but all I did was slap the bully because he would no get off of me so we both got suspended. So now I have to eat lunch with him because we are both suspended. He also haves been threatning me! What should I...

do?? This is not like me this is my first suspended. I am in 7th grade.

same thing happend to me in junior year of high school. xboyfriend was hitting me at school and I slapped him, I got suspended for three days! talk to your guidance counselor, you cannot be forced to sit anywere near him if you don't feel safe

Unfortunately, many schools (and work places) simply punish BOTH parties rather than trying to figure out who is lying, or what is going on.
You need to talk to a trusted teacher, guidance counsellor, or principal as well as your parents. An adult needs to get involved. Unfortunately, it won't be real easy because, with that slap you have marked yourself as a person who seemingly can be violent. So stay calm and don't freak out.
If you have any witnesses to the threats (or fight) have them back you up. (BUT DON'T ANY OF YOU LIE!!) Keep friends around you.
And after your suspension is over, keep clear of this guy.
Also, if this guy is a true bully, there may be others that he has bullied. Get together as a group and see the guidance counselor or principal. (AGAIN, EVERY ONE SHOULD ONLY TELL THE TRUTH.)
