Umm,ok. First things first. Those friends of yours aren't your friends. No one who cares about you calls you out of your name or makes you feel bad. Sorry. And secondly, you should keep trying to loose weight. Of course no one sees results off the back, but you still have to keep trying. I think thats the problem with the human race now. We are sooo impatient. We want things now,now,now. And you don't have to do Extreme dieting, you could change some of your daily routines, like taking the stairs more if you're in the mall, or take walks around your neighborhhod or local park. And also, you could change some eating habits, like spreading out your meals. Instead of have one big breakfast, lunch, and dinner; you could have breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, and a late snack. There are plenty of ways you could loose weight, and be healtier, you just need to take small steps. And trust, you'll start seeing results. Guarenteed.

Find something you enjoy like a sport or dancing or hula hooping even!!
Just search on the Internet for your nearest provider of the activity!!
You'll met people with similar interests and maybe are even in the same situation as you and with understand. You'll make new friends!!

dont go on a diet!! please whatever you do DO NOT try a diet!! THEY DONT WORK!! okay what you can do is do mild exersize every day but eat as much as you normally do but eat HEALTHY like vegtables/fruits/protein ect. I take dance that that really reeally helps it gets your heart going and helps you burn calories. Dont eat diet food because they dont help you loose weight because when you eat normal food your heart rate goes up and helps you burn calories this doesnt happen when you eat diet food.

all you need to do is excericse daily, this doesn't have to be really hard exercise just maybe a game of football on the field woth your friends or arrange to go for a bike ride etc..
and food: just try and cut down on the rubbish food and instead of asking your mum to buy you some crisps ask her if you can have some apples or something

Excercizing everyday will make a difference but maybe not straight away or next time you go to eat something think 'am I actually hungry?' if you are then have something healthy like a couple of peices of fruit.
but if your friends call you fat they really arent very nice my friends used to always do that to me but now I've found better friends. anyway good luck!
