Building a house

Where is my best resource for all I need to know about building my own house ?

You need to figure out city codes as well as architectural blueprints, material availability, environmental considerations, etc. etc. You really need to see a professional in the area that you live in to get all of this information in one place. If this is a remodel then you have less considerations and could try some of the DIY websites like the Learning Channel (TLC) or the New Yankee workshop.

I'd recommend using UBuildIt. They provide all the resources you'll need to build your house. They give you a list of contractors you get building materials at cost. Hope this helps.
