I can't say that I follow any one stream in particular - there are elements of each that are important to me and I incorporate them into my life as such.
I think to restrict yourself to only one type defeats the purpose of being Buddhist - Buddha taught us to make our own decisions and follow our own paths, and by accepting all ideals of Buddhism, I believe I have granted myself quite a wide open path to follow

I come from a Christian family but sometime back I became a Buddhist - As you know there are many 'streams' of Buddhism but I would be interested to know what type of Buddhism you follow.
