Bt vision- start up help! please

hii I just got bt vision and I just plugged it in

buh all the conneections are right and everything
when I started it up... it made a noise then when on a type of standby mode this happend on two occasions when I done it

now I tried again and it...

say
my bt vision box is experiencing difficulties

I went to bt vision [dot] com

I searched on the error codes I got
NR01

BE01
I follwed all the instructions but nothings seems to be working

I don't want any answers like[ phone the BT people, double check.. ect]
can I have answers on how I can tackle this problem.

I accpet fun mail aswell

further infor..
the powerlines are green coloured

currently my bt vision box is flashign read on the recording part
and is currently green on the standby part

the remonte is not working wiiv it[ even though the remote is working]

Hi,

I found this on a forum:

The problem stems from a power glitch. The powerline adapter connected to the BT Home Hub did not re-start correctly and therefore the BT Vision box could not do its download to recover. Until I turned off the powerline adapter and on again the BT vision box just timed out and displayed the BE01 error.
