Brown to white blonde?

I have medium brown hair.
Its black unerneath,but its medium brown with blonde highlights everywhere else.
I'm REALLY digging Kiki Kannibal's hair,Kinda like the picture I attached.
Would it look okay? or would it be just extremely horrible,because...

its such a dramatic change?

if it's what your heart wants! its cute, but when the roots grow out only touch up the roots because if you do the whole head again it'll just dry up your hair!

well the long bits in her hair are extensions
because you cant get the poof at the top
and the long straight hair at the bottom with normal hair
unless you have a LOT of it and its really thick
