Broken or not

ok, so I have a history of punching things, out of frustration, and I've only broken my hand once, but I did it two days ago, and im not sure if its broken or not, its quite swollen, and painful to move, but I cant go to the doctor unless absolutely...

sure its broken, I dont have insurance, and also I have a history of going to the doctors for hand trauma. So can any of you help me to decide if its broken or not?

Do you see any type of deformity of any of the bones in the hand,fingers, or knuckles. It sounds pretty broken to me, even without the presence of deformity. you should get an xray. A lot of hospitals now offer payment plans or even medical loans, so you might check into that!
Has anyone suggested the possibilty of anger management classes? [=

well I cant tell if its deformed, because it was deformed form last time I broke it, and its swollen.I've been in theraby for 3 years, so workin on that. But I live in Alaska and we have to pay in full for medical treatment, plus im underage, and if I go to the doctor, my parents will have to pay, so I dont want to go to the doctor unless absolutely sure
