Broken foot?

Dropped heavy chair on top of my foot thursday eve and although extremely painful at time and when iced didn't seem so bad friday could still walk now on a certain point on my foot it feels tingly/numb and almost feeld like somethings moving under the...

skin but I can still walk do I go to a and e now, make a gp on call appointment tonight, or go to surgery tomoro help
