But seriously, increase your calcium and Vitamin D intake. If you are already breaking a lot of bones at your age then you should talk to your doc about a bone density test. Don't wait until you are older and it's to late to change anything. I am 42 and have the bones of a 70 year old. I didn't know it until I had an accident and when repairing my breaks surgically the doc ran into the problem of my soft bones. It is to late to correct the problem now. It should have been done when I was young.
