Erm..When I heard that she was sent to the hospital,I was shocked.Totally shocked..I think it is sad..And such a poor lady..We should give her another chance..Im sure that she is very stress.

birtneys ill, shes been under the media pretty much all her life its no wonder shes finally broken down. I really feel bad for her, its ok to laugh about it but how you feel if it was somebody close to you or somebody you knew? Im personally not a fan of britneys music etc but I still feel for her.

Going to the mental hospital does not mean she is mental.Its the right thing to do for her.She is under a lot of stress and she needs help.

If she is going to hospital, I think it's very sad- I think it's another example of the stress celebrities can be under when they are constantly in the public eye. No doubt, she has made a few less-than-good judgement calls (that weren't a result of any sort of mental illness), but it's amplified because of the fact that she's in the public spotlight. I think it's good she gets the help she needs, but my heart goes out to her for not being able to cope with the stress.

Note: I'm not going to say 'she's only human'- I think we can all come to that conclusion by ourselves. However, I think that if you are a celebrity, you do need to look at yourself as a role model. I think it I were in her shoes, I'd be a bit diasppointed in the role model I'd turned myself into.

I feel so bad for her,she was areal princess, I hope she got well soon and solve her proplems.

I think that she needs some serious therapy to survive 5 more years, but that her money and her Mother and her mental health problems will prevent her from getting what she needs to get healthy.

Sources at UCLA Medical Center tell TMZ Britney Spears has been classified as 'G.D.' -- Gravely Disabled. That is a huge and dangerous deal. That means the patient is unable to take care of basic needs, such as the acquisition of food, clothing or shelter. Being G.D. is one of the criteria for involuntary commitment.

Several health care professionals tell us Britney has fallen into a 'manic state' due to her bipolar disorder. We're also told she arrived at the hospital this morning at around 2:15 AM, but wasn't admitted until 4:15 AM because she was causing such a scene in the hospital.

like the same thing happened to a girl in my class recently so it's not funny. even though I never thought it was funny because ohmygod why would that be funny ?!?!?!!!
