Bridal shower, what to wear?

What do people normally wear to a bridal shower?

nothing fancy really, cause it's not their wedding yet =P but you do want to look nice!! for me... I usually wear a skirt or nice pants and go for a nice top or a blouse =)

It depends on what type of bridal shower it is... usually it's not a very dressy event, but you're still going to want to look neat and stylish... so wear something that is classy but somewhat casual at the same time..

for example, combine a dark fashionable pair of jeans (no holes! :p) with a nice cami and blouse, and you could even wear some nice boots that go with your jeans.

Casualwear. Just don't wear shorts like I did once. We had a shorts day at work and I really wanted to wear shorts and I didn't think anything about it. I was later invited to the rehearsal dinner and it was a fancy Italian restaurant and the future mother in law gave me the dirtiest look.
