What breed is my dog?

ok so heres sasha I adopted her from the shelter 3 blocks from my house. when I saw her the first time she was in really bad shape she was really weak and omg her bones were popping out she had not fat what so ever and also when I woud call her she was even to weak to lift her poor little head up I started crying and also my family were telling me not to get her because she was ugly and was already dying but I wanted her so bad and thats what I got the people that worked at the shelter told me she was to agressive and that if I wanted to pet her to take her out of the cage myself so I did and she was really sweet even thou she was really weak she was licking my face and wagging her tail and then I started to cry again and the people at the shelter were so shocked that she didnt attack me.
the next day I picked her up from the vets after her surgery was done she was spayed. she is now very healthy, playful, and happy. shes now 6 months old.

theres one thing that worries me about that shelter sasha was there for 3 months and when I brought her home she gain weight in one week so im thinking do they even take care of the dogs there??

but anyway can you help me figure out what breed or breeds she is!!

My guess...Chi and terrier cross...

Yes, most shelters take care of the dogs they have...but the stress level is SOOO high, only the most calm dogs do ok in that enviroment...

good answer phrannie. shelters are hard on animals. and thanks to you darkrose for adopting a dog from the shelter. way to go. I bet your vet can tell you what breed(s).
I think terrier mix also.

they had told me shes a border terrier mix but a lot of people tell me she not even close to that!

Chihuaha and Terrier is what I see. I have a Chihuaha Pommeranian and she is agressive too. She looks a bit like yours as well but with the Pommeranian furriness.

uhm well sasha really isnt agreesive at all shes really sweet!

Her face is sooo Chi...but her fur...LOL...all that wiry stuff, says terrier...She sure is a cutie, tho!!

I am guessing she might have a bit of german shepred in her a long with terrier and chi/ how big is she cause knowing that could help

I think that you should take her to your vet for a check up. also you should take her shot records from the shelter. the shelter vets are very overworked and busy and all adopted animals should have a check up with their own vets.

hey so I was searching the net and look what I found.
I think it really looks like sasha this dog is chihuahua mixed with a poodle what do you guys think do they look ilike or no??

Your dog looks as though it might be a mix of a west highland white terrier (westie), a pomeranian or papillion (because of the ears), and a poodle.

id say shes a chiwawa mixed wit a jak russell terrier
