Breaking in converses

Shianne Asked by aperfectcircle 7 months ago, 5 answers.

I just bought a pair of converses the other day and they seem to fit pretty good.
I wore them to NYC Sturday and they tore my feat up!
I have blisters all over.
I wore socks with them too.
But the days before that I wore them out and they didn't screw...

up m feet.
Should I return them?
I've come to the conclusion that when going to a place like NYC you gotta have the right walking shoes.
Is that right,or should I return the shoes alltogether?

How many days have you been wearing them?

Sorry, but once you start wearing them, you can't return them.

They'll eventually soften up, but for the meantime, you may need to resort to bandages for the blisters.

Chuck Taylors are terrible walking shoes. you shouldn't wear them if you're going to be walking around all day.

There's nothing wrong with the shoes though.

Yeah they'll break in eventually...

I think it took me 1 month of wearing mine to school daily before they broke in...

It hurt soo bad...

But once they break in they're like an all purpose shoe haha =P

They take a bit of time to break into, but I have had mine for quite a while, and if I wear them for a long time, there really hurt my feet lol
