Breakfast dilema

I dont like 2 wake up and eat breakfast because I feel quesy after.
And my gramma and family want me 2 eat breakfast everyday and I really dont like or want to! How do I tell my family I dont wanna eat breakfast without being snobby or pushy or losing...

my temper? The wither me down 2 nuthing until I finally give in and do what they want me 2 do! Its annoying!

Skipping breakfast is a great way to end up with sheaths of fat covering your body as your body's metabolism slows down into 'Good god, there's no more food left, I'd better store some' mode. Do what they say, because they clearly know better. If you are feeling nauseous after meals, skipping meals is not the answer. Seeing a doctor is.

well, you could do what I do when im not hungry on school mornings.
poor a little bit of cearel in a bowl and a lil bit of milk and let it get soggy and you have proof you ate something
