How to deal with bratty friends?

ok well I have a friend and she is really a brat!
but everytime she does somethin 2 hurt my feelings or someone elses she really doesnt care!
and when I try 2 tell her anything it is impossible with her!!!
its like she doesnt even know it!
but I try 2 tell her!!!
but thats just who she is!!
I want 2 still be friends but I cant if she keeps acting like a brat!!
any advice??
I like really need it!!!
and also if we sometimes get in a fight 4 a minute she tells her mom that its ALL MY FOULGHT!
BUT ITS SERIOSLY NOT!!!
well anyway I need advice!!!

If someone doesn't care about your feelings and does not look after your best interests, they are NOT a friend - move on and get a true friend - the type that last a lifetime - do not allow yourself to be treated like that, you deserve better...Good luck !!
