for the first week or so it is going to suck. your teeth wil be sore with all the movement and you will probably oonly manage eating spaghetti or soup. after that, you can go back to eating as normal. usually the orthodontist will tell you not to chew chewing gum or drink fizzy juice because it can ruin your braces and effect the results of your teeth. I didnt bother listening to them and my teeth are just as straight as they would have been even if I didnt drink fizzy juice. the pain is worth it tho when you see the finished result!!!

the only part that hurts is the first week or so. then after that its like nothing is on there.

it's definitely worth it, I hated them so much, but I got mine off three days ago and it is completely amazing and I'm so glad I went through it. Your smile will be beautiful and perfect... yeah the first week or so will be sore, but just think of the end result!
