I believe you are too young to go far with him, sex and touching and feeling is to far.

your too young,,,it will be TONS more fun if you get into 'heavy dating' when you are older, like in HS...if you are 13, you are probally in 7th or 8th grade. wait until you find the guy of your dreams to get serious with him...makeing out is far enough.

I've been through the same deal as you, and I am 13. A guy has just confessed to me DIRECTLY that he loves me, and we have a lot in common, same allergies, same sisters with same names, we say stuff almost together at the same time all the time, and I like him. But how do I know I like or love him? IS it by heart, or are there symptoms?
