Boyfriend in prison.

My boyfriend has been in Dodge Correctional Institution for about 2 months.

He has been sentenced 4 years and 4/5 months and I was wondering if he can get out early for good behavior.

And if he can how long do you think he would have to be in there...

for?

yes you can get out for good behaivor, but it also depends on what kind of crime it was. if you dont wonna say it here, funmail me. ill give you all the info I can

Me and my boyfriend got into a fight and he called me asking me to pick him up cause he had no gas.
I was being retarded and ignored his calls for the rest of the night.
He ended up going to his friends and drinking with them.
I guess they gave him gas money to go driving around and he ended up hitting a bump and rolled over his car a couple of times.
Our friend David was ejected from the sunroof and ended up getting pinned underneath the car.
My boyfriend's head detachd from his spine and tried to pick the car off of David, but couldn't.
Our friend ended up dying that night.

I think I mentioned in the thing that his sentence was 5 years in prison minus the time he alrady served which would be 4 years, 4/5months.
If you could find out if he could get out earlier for good behavior that would be great.
I don't know if the state of Wisconsin has a law about not being able to get out early, but if you could find that out as well I would really appreciate it.

Homicide by Intoxicated Use of Vehicle, a class D felony
Injury by Intoxicated Use/Vehicle, a class F felony

class d and class f felonies are no joke..for a class d felony you can get a fine of up to 100,000 dollars, imprisonment for up to 25 years, or both. you're boyfriend got off lucky with just 5 years. I don't think being a good boy in prison is going to help him out of this one. sorry.
