How can I stop being so nervous about making out?

well my boyfriend has tried over and over again to like make out with me but every time he trys I reject it. I can't help it, it just happens. What do I do? I really want to make out with him but I don't know why I keep getting so nervous and rejecting it.

You cant..because your not ready! Dont force yourself, just because you want to. When you are ready, it will come easily, and naturally. It will happen one day!

Usually when you are rejecting it, its because you are afraid.

I am not saying that you are mentally afraid, but physically afraid. In your mind, you want to make out with him, and you want to just be THAT much closer to him. But physically, your body doesn't want to make out with him, and you aren't ready.

Although, when you do make out with your boyfriend, hopefully its with meaning, you will feel an even stronger connection with him, and just let loose! Have fun with it, but make sure its with meaning.

And if he waits long enough until you're ready, then hes already a really great guy! So it will be even better to feel more attached the first time you make out!

It's true, you may not be ready to make out with him but it could be self conciousness as well.
You may be scared about what he might think. You might think that you would do it wrong or what he is going to think about your body and all that. Maybe you are just not comfortable with yourself and then you simply can't be comfortable with him. I think you will be ready to make out with him when you are comfortable with him and yourself and when you can trust him.

Wait until you are ready, comfortable with him, and comfortable with the relationship. Then it will come easily.
