How can i stop being jealous?

ok.so I have this boyfriend..and whenever he is around other girls and im not there,and I seee them laughing.I get really pissed and jealous and I try not to care but it bugs me soo damn much.
I need some help

talk with him about it first off, and just try to relax. if you can trust him, there's no need to get jealous. (remember. he may be laughing with them, but he does more with you)

Like you said, we have similar problems, except it's my bestfriend doing to my boyfriend.
I don't think he knows what to do or how to act when she does that and I'm around.

If you haven't already, just let him know. Give him a warning slap in the face.

tell him that you are uncomfortable with that.
if HE REALLY LOVES YOU, he will quit.
