No its not wierd.
it depends on the person, me personally ilke my guys to be older then me just b/c girls are more maturethen guys so in order for them to be on our level they would need to be a older then me so we can be on the same level. =D
but thats just me..

When hes 12 1/2 years old, then yes it is weird!! Give the boy a few years to grow up, and if you still have feelings for eachother, then give it a try, but right now hes too young to be getting involved in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship!
