well I can't really figure how boys flirt but I kow a little but it feels like theis boy is always looking at me and I don't know whether he likes me or not,

Yep, staring is usually a guys way of flirting, if they just are tongue-tied and shy. If you like him and want to talk to him, you could just (depending on your age) ask him if there was any homework in a certain class, or if your out of school, just casually invite him to go out with a group of friends later. yea if there is a boy that is always looking at you he is most likely into you we tend to stare at girls we like without even knowing we are doing it.

Well if A guy repeatedly looks at you then it tends to mean that he is some what interested now interested in what is what I would be asking guys don't think about a hole lot pass pleasing them selves and what not it is just a fact...So I would be very careful about your choice in what you do.

sounds like he likes you though...I would say that if you like him back then try and get to know him..maybe ask him to help you with some thing or something like that. It tends to at least start a convertsation and what not which is a good thing.

There are a lot of things you could do I would work on basic convertsations first though and good luck...be careful.
