I wouldnt really walk up to the dude unless you think he is really feelin you. For all you know he might just be looking at you. But smile and look cute. And most likely he will come up 2 u, if you look friendly.

just smile back and maybe wave. that way you seem approachable, if he's really interested he'll come up to you.

I think you should give him the signal that you like him though some sort of body language its not like saying that you do but it might be enough to give him the nudge to go talk to you. Hope It Helps happy
