Boxing

I want to start taking kick boxing classes because im constantly anger and I figured its a good way to take my anger out and to get into to shape. do you think if I take boxing I will be less stressed and also do you think I will get into shape?

Hell yer you can burn like 600 cals in one lesson its one of the best exersizes in the world and its a great way to get rid of all that angerxlol

If you really want to get rid of anger try regular boxing. It will get a lot more anger out as there is less strategy and more pure punching.

Def. kickboxing can be a great stress reliever! Also, you might want to consider martial arts like karate or Judo. I take Judo and totally LOVE it! It helps me get my anger out (esp. about guys!), and it has me in the best shape of my life! The sparring is fun and safe b/c it's in a dojo watched by an instructor (sensei). It really works, too...I have gotten so good at it I have even been able to take down some guys in my class. FM me if you want more info!
