I have a border collie! I got mine for free, but you might want to check your animal shelters. You can adopt for a lot cheaper. The price depends.. if it's a purebred or what..

Get on line and look for Border Collie rescues...there are many BC's out there who's former owners had no clue as to how active, smart...and in need of a job these dogs are...Prices will vary...

If you're looking for a breeder then the internet is still an option, tho checking in your local area first would be better...like the Nickel Ads, or Craigs List.
