How do I no if my local libarey has a book that I want to read?

Part of the librarian's job is to assist you in answering questions just like these. Head up to the counter and ask. They won't bite.

Well, some do, but we'll save that topic till you hit college.

You could call the library and see. That's what I usually do.
or just go there and ask a librarian.
