Ok so I am trying to get people (guys in particular ) to notice my boobs more. How do I do that with out surgery.?? and I would love answers from both girls and guys!! Loves yah!

Because you said surgery I'm guessing they don't notice them because they are small? Or is it because of another reason?

Push up bra..but really why would you want guys to notice them? so you can get sleezy guys after you? big 'boobs' aren't that great..trust me.

wear a push up bra and put chicken pads in the bra. Get a tan cause the tanner you are the bigger they look

my boobs aint big and im happy with them cause I can pass off with wear low cut tops and with some dresses I dont even need to wear a bra :P lol
