Not true. I am very small, skinny, and only 4 foot 11 inches and I have 36C Boobs. It doesn't necisarily depend on if ut fat or skinny on how big your boobs are. Yes, bigger woman deff have more of a tendancy to have big breasts and smaller woman with smaller breasts. But it is possible to have big, natural boobs and be small.

because they have to develop just like the rest of you. just like arms, legs, head, and feet. you name it, it grows.

well yeah my boobs are small to but wait till you have a kid theyll get so big its not even funny that happened to me the good thing is that they went back to normal well kindda they are as small anymore but they are not big at all lol

Anyways. Boobs are small when you're little,. because your body hasn't grown yet. The average girl starts growing Boobs when she hits the years of age 11-15.

When you're little, everything on you is small. Your hands, legs, feet, even your bones. And you'll notice as you grow up you start growing Boobs.
