Body language is a set of signals that your subconscious mind uses to convey its true feelings about something, even if it betrays what you are saying. It can range from something as simple as dilated pupils when looking at someone that you are ‘very’ fond of to complex micro-body movements that betray one’s true feelings like a frown wrinkle around the eyes when smiling.

Well I always like to look at couples and if they aren't having their hands on each other or looking at each other like lovebirds and are sitting too far apart and not much eye contact. You know something is wrong with their marriage. Also if you want to get someone's attention you stare them in they eye. You can tell if a guy looks needy by the way he stands next to you all the time. I hated that. If someone has their hands on their hips they basically don't approve of you or what you are doing. When someone talks to fast and they normally don't that mainly means they are nervous about something or someone. I know I used to talk fast when I saw a cute guy coming around.
