honestly bud, you're pretty tall to be a bodybuilder... they are usually shorter like my hieght to look huge. for example, lee priest he is 5'5 and 230+ lbs and looks like a frak of nature... I am 145 and 5'6 but I by no means want to be a bodybuilder...so I would stick to just getting lean and defined.
at 16 its better you dont ''bodybuild'' (if you do, you restrict some systems in your body to evolve: bones, lungs, bowel, heart, etc. - not healthy at all) but do workout . if you still want to bodybuild at 20 you must know that you can get ''chiseled'' with a proper workout plan and a proper sports diet.
but bodybuilding can have catastrophic effects on the long run, especially if you stop after a couple of years.

Should I take up Body Building? I just started to workout regularly with weights but I wanted to get chiseled. I have a program, but not everyone is cut out to be a body builder. I am 16, weighing 140, at 5'9 height. I have a picture of my bicep progress...
on my profile.
