How can I help my boyfriend's blue balls?

My boyfriend has recently been getting something called "blue balls" a lot. He says I turn him on too much and he gets a MAJOR boner and it wont go away until he "does his thing" but today he got it again and so I thought I could help by giving him oral sex. It just made it worse! Is there anyway yall know to make it go away faster? I hate seeing him in pain.

Don't let his "blue balls" turn into an excuse for getting some sexual contact. If it pains him so much and activity with you isn't fast enough then he should just politely excuse himself to the restroom and do his thing.
