Well, I do not know how practiced you are in sex or petting etc.

not all girls like or even have the slightest desire to give blow jobs. most guy will except this so I think if you dont wont to do it then dont.

to whomever said it was unnecessary to use protection to give a B/J, that is bad edvice. There are such things as STD's! Protection is never a bad idea.
