O.K. I had this problem too...your jaw gets sore and you don't really feel like doing it anymore....well try and get in a couple of mouth strokes really get a lot of spit going, and around the lips too, try licking him around the outside and go up for a kiss a say you want to have him NOW...that way he gets side tracked from the blow job, and wants to move on to other things...you can't make your jaw expand so why not try to suttley divert to other activities.
