Blood +& period

Okay, when you start your period unexppectedly, + the blood gets in your underwarre, how can you get that out.
Because it's doingg that to alottt of mine, + their like victorias secret + stuff.
lol. is theere anyway of gettting it outt?

bleach

Bleach actually causes it to stain because it's an acid and it causes the protein in the blood to *cook* (coagulate)...avoid bleach.

The best thing to do is to run cold (not hot or warm) water over the stain. You can also try a pre-soak like oxy-clean before you throw them in the wash.

if the blood is not COMPLETELY dry and its not too much...then just scrub it with a reqular soap bar or soak it ihnn water with clothes washinqq soap,,,
and 2 prevent that..get some good sized pads and underwear that the pad fits ihnn

use some spray and wash or some other stain remover or wash it in some cold water.
