What is this blood-filled bump on my pen*s?

I have had a bump/lump on my pen*s for about a month now. It is no bigger than 1cm diameter. I poked the head with a needle and I could see a drop of blood appear. around this bump there are about 2-3 much smaller bumps. Any ideas?

Bumps could be any number of things from nothing to something serious. This is something you should seek medical care for.

ok, not herpes..., sounds much more like Molluscum
