You have to strip your hair of color first. Think about black paper... if you take a yellow highlighter to it... it doesn't show up right? But if you put white out on it and then use it, you can see it right? Same concept.
You probably have to go to a hair salon. Or find a hair salon store, someone there should be able to help you.

how can I put blonde highlights in my hair and they come out. I've tried so many times before and it doesnt bleach my hair at all. whats with this?
