Blonde hair to brown ?

My best friend has DARK blonde hair[ but is very fair skinned ] and wants to go to Coco/ dark brown .
Im going to upload a pic of her . Help us out . She is unsure and I dont know what to say ... HELP !!
Thats her in the pic !!

I think a really dark brown will make her look a little washed out, since she is fair skinned, I think she would look better with a light brown color. =]

if she goes straight to brown she will look washed out. I would recommend a golden brown.. that way it compliments her, and not wash her out.
