How can I put in blonde and black streaks?

ok I have dirty blonde hair now and want bleach blonde and jet black streaks, should I bleach it first of dye it black first

You've got the wrong idea on how it's done darlin. First of all, have a professional do this. She will foil in the blonde highlights and then and foil in the black for the black parts. Coloring it black and then doing the highlights is bass ackwards and it will severely damage your hair and will not come out right at all. I'm a stylist, trust me! Go have it done professionally.

please don't! I know you probably wont listen but natural honey Blonde is pretty. My friend did Bleach blonde with black and now her hair is really thin and damaged and it looks awful. so just get some blonde highlights if you really want to change it up :]

Hey, I know how you feel, I got mine professionally done pretty cheap at ulta though. I went from dirty blond, to jet black,to bleach blond with black roots, to red, to bleach blond with brown ends, to brown with blond streaks.If you don't want to screw up then thats the way to go.

Believe me, trying to do this yourself with products in the store will result in your hair becoming strawlike, and very unatural. Please use the advice above and go to a professional that knows what they are doing.
