Favorite blessing for mealtime?

Do you have a favorite blessing for mealtime, and how does it go?

I try to make it unique everytime. I dis like it when a prayer is repeated like a motto, or just a thing you do. people often lose the meaning and point of a prayer when it is recited instead of blessed with intent and reason. If you don't have thanks, why pray? I always include thanks for eveything I think of and first pops in my head. then I ask and question and pray for answeres and ask to invite the spirit to my everyday life to prompt my choices for the better good.
Here in a prayer I feel now.
: Dear father in heaven, thank you for everything you have blessed me with. My heart is filled with thanks and I pray to you with a humble heart. Thank you for my parents who love me unconditionaly. thank you for blessing our family with the overabundance of natural happiness. I feel thankful for my parents for raising me in a home where love, patience, hard work, consistancy, talent, freedom, and encouragement was constanly practiced by example so all of us kids were able to learn the things we have. Thank you for my car and its ability to function properly and get me safely to my destinations each and every day. Thank you for the knowlege that I am able to retain and learn. Thank you for all of the simple things in life that we take for granted, my bed, my warm showers, my hot food, my clothes, my toothbrush, my job, my dogs, my brothers and sisters...all their children, my dear friends, my talents, and my passions. I pray to make good choices and please help me be aware of others around me, to know their needs and know of ways to help them. Bless me to be able to shed light on those who are having a hard day and prompted to encourage others when they need it. bless them to sense my willingness to please. Bless my family to feel healthy and know that they are loved. Lord, I ask a special blessing for my mom. Please watch over her and keep her safe. bless her to be alert and aware of any dangers out there. bless her to feel healthy and full of energy. help her feel relaxed. bless jason to feel my love even when I am not there. bless him to know which step to take next and to feel confident in makeing the right decision. Bless him with the courage t stand up for himself and shine above. Father, please forgive me for any and all things that are ill in your sight. I try my hardest everyday to be my best self. Please forgive if I have overlooked my behavior. bless those whom I have wounded to know of my repentance. I pray for all these things in the name of my savior, Jesus Christ Amen.

I don't have a set pattern, I just make sure I include thanks and praise.

We thank you for the blessings we are about to recieve, and which some of us have already recieved (as little johnny takes a bite of his Mashed potatoes.)
