Blender vs 3ds max and maya?

3Ds max and Maya are both widely used by most Major Company.
Blender is still baby. Some experts that Blender nice and some schools starts to adopt Blender instead of 3Ds max.

Blender is open source if I'm not mistaken, or better known as free....

Blender has no plugin! Unlike 3Ds max it has realflow 4, boujou, afterburn 4 all of the major plugins didnt mention Blender on their list!

Without the plugins 3Ds max and Blender could be the same, right?

What do you think of Blender anyway?
Does it have a use?
Do plugins Company hates Blender?

maya is the shizzle in major companys now, all the greatet effects are donw in maya, I've never heard of blender before, so I cant say if it would be the same as 3ds max...

Blender Already Has A Fluid Sim. Program.
And Yes Blender Does Have Plugins, Like Yaf(a)ray.
Yafray Is A Better Rendering Program, Better Than The Default Blender Foundation Rendering Program.
